First Woman (UK) World Champion Beatboxer

In a musical genre dominated by men, Bel Ehresman made her mark by becoming the first professional female beatboxer in the UK. She is also the first Brit to win the beatbox battle world championships in 2009 at the age of 21. Bellatrix (her stage name) became a beatboxer at the age of 14 and was also the first woman to take part in the UK beatboxing championship, an annual event established in 2005. Bellatrix is a First Women UK Ambassador.
