First Woman President of The Rotary Club (RIBI)

In 2013 McCreadie was the first woman to be made President of all the Rotary clubs in Great Britain and Ireland, an organisation that began in Chicago in 1905 and which fund raises for local good causes, organises community events and develops educational programs. Rotary only began admitting women in 1989 and McCreadie became a member in 1997. In her year of office she led over 53,000 Rotaries in Great Britain and Ireland. There are Rotary clubs in over 200 countries.
