At the age of 28, Clare Smyth was the first – and only – female chef to date to achieve and maintain her 3-Michelin Star status during her tenure at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay between 2007 and 2016. Clare’s was one of only four restaurants in the UK to be awarded this accolade. In 2018 Clare Smyth received the Elit Vodka World’s Best Female Chef Award.
