First Woman to become the Chief Executive Officer of Lloyd’s of London

In 2014 Inga Beale became the first woman chief executive officer in the 330-year history of Lloyd’s of London – the world’s specialist insurance and reinsurance market. Inga started her career as a reinsurance underwriter at Prudential in 1982. Honoured for her contribution to the economy, diversity of women and LGBT, Inga remains committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, driving change across the UK and the global insurance sector.
